高校开展劳动教育是培养时代新人的必然要求，而学生社区是高校发挥育人功能的关键阵地，在深入推动劳动教育的发展中起着不可或缺的作用。学生劳动教育社区化有助于提升高校劳动教育的成效，实现高校“五育并举”的教育理念。本文通过研究劳动教育融入学生社区的实践过程中面临的问题，为优化其实践路径提出解决思路。

Carrying out labor education in colleges and universities is an inevitable requirement for cultivating the new generation of the times. And the student community is a key position for colleges and universities to play their educational functions and plays an indispensable role in further promoting the development of labor education.
